1. Joining Fee

• A non-refundable joining fee of RM20 shall be payable by the user each time they wish to participate in the bidding of a specific stock. This fee is applicable to each individual bidding session and is required as a condition precedent to bid participation.

2. Buyer Fee

• A buyer fee equivalent to 2% of the winning auction price shall be imposed on the successful bidder.
• Users are required to pre-authorize payment for the total bid price at the time of placing bids. This pre-authorization will not result in a charge unless the user becomes the successful bidder.
• The buyer fee will be deducted from the total payment of the winning bidder in accordance with their chosen payment method.
• In the case of non-winning bidders, the pre-authorized amount shall be released or refunded automatically via the original payment method within seven (7) working days.

3. Payment Gateway

• All payments processed through Carbidi.com shall be facilitated by our authorized payment gateway partner, Curlec. Users acknowledge that "Curlec" will appear as the descriptor on their payment statements.

4. Bidding Commitment

• By placing a bid, users expressly agree to honor and fulfill their bidding commitments without exception.
• Any behavior deemed unsatisfactory or in violation of the bidding arrangements, including but not limited to withdrawal or non-compliance with the auction terms, may result in the suspension or permanent termination of the user’s account.

5. Winning Auctions and Loan Rejections

• In the event that a user wins an auction but is subsequently unable to secure financing or a loan from their financial institution, the buyer fee remains payable and shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds applicable to non-winning bids shall be processed automatically and credited to the original payment method within seven (7) working days.
• The joining fee and buyer fee associated with successful bids are strictly non-refundable.

7. Amendments to Terms

• Carbidi.com and Scrut Technology Sdn Bhd reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at their sole discretion without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
